Swiftaid and GoodBox are progressing to a better solution for UK charities

Swiftaid are excited to be working towards a closer integration with GoodBox to progress onto a new and much improved solution for charities.

The new solution offers the potential for great benefits beyond the current solution:

The current Gift Aid system will be switched off across all GoodBox devices on the 21st November 2020 to make way for the upgrade.

While we upgrade the system, there will be a period where GoodBox terminals will not be processing Gift Aid. We hope to upgrade and re-launch the service very soon, and our team will keep in regular contact to update you on progress and timelines. We will also be keeping all registered donors up to date.

As a thank you to UK charities for bearing with us while we work on the perfect solution, we will process all outstanding Gift Aid claims from now to 21st November without Swiftaid fees.
